Our programs offer individuals with special needs the opportunity to build confidence, strength, and independence through therapeutic horseback riding. As we continue to expand our programs and reach more individuals in need, we are in search of dedicated volunteers and sidewalkers to join our team. No previous experience is required – just a willingness to learn, a compassionate heart, and a love for helping others. During this training session, you'll learn: Basic horse care and handling techniques. How to assist riders during therapeutic sessions. Safety protocols and procedures. Volunteer responsibilities and expectations Whether you're a seasoned equestrian or new to the world of horses, there's a place for you at Helping with Horsepower.
