Mitchell Area Development Corporation
The Mitchell Area Development Corporation (MADC) is a nonprofit economic development corporation formed under the laws of South Dakota in 1986. MADC is governed by a nine member Board of Directors from the local community, including representatives from the City, County and Local Educators.

Improve the economic base of the Mitchell area through the creation of new jobs involving the production or distribution of goods and services exported primarily outside the trade area.
