Trish Bates - Owner of Hollywood Style in Mitchell and Sioux Falls, South Dakota, she graduated with an associates degree in business management, marketing and accounting. She put it to good work when she founded and opened Hollywood Style in 2009, in Mitchell South Dakota and then a second location in Sioux Falls, South dakota in 2017. After that she didn't slow down and the founded Hollywood style University in 2021. She is the wife of Charlie Bates and they have 3 Children. - Come listen to her story on how she became the successful woman she is today!

Spenser Nicolaisen - Manager of Beds By Design in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. A Mitchell Native who took his store to the next level as soon as he started. Before that he managed a huge sales team at one of the nations LARGEST insurance companies. With years of management in several different fields, we will learn from Spenser what it takes to build and maintain a strong team and boost sales to incredible levels. He is one of the most animated story tellers you will ever listen to!
