Pop-Up Hiring Event
Are you looking for a new career? Maybe you don't feel like your current position is utilizing your skillset. Join us for a pop-up hiring event designed to connect you with local employers in a relaxed setting.
The event intentionally features a limited number of employer booths, giving you the opportunity to spend meaningful time with hiring managers, ask questions, and even interview on the spot. All participating employers will be listed below so you can plan your visit accordingly.

Innovative Systems is a Mitchell-based technology company that builds software and technology solutions for service providers nationwide, helping them manage billing, operations, and communication services more efficiently.
Entry Level Positions
QA Specialist: The duties of a QA specialist revolve around testing eLation software products. This will include testing new features, proposing improvements, and implementing development processes.
Mapping Conversion Specialist:Â This position is responsible for converting client's mapping records to Innovative's Mapping software.
 2+ Years Experience Required
Voice and Video Support Specialist: The duties of a V&V Specialist include installing software products, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing customer support.
Bachelor's Degree Required
IT Systems Administrator: The duties of a QA specialist revolve around testing eLation software products. This will include testing new features, proposing improvements, and implementing development processes.
Financial Support Specialist: This position will report to the eLation Financials Support Manager and will be the bridge between the client and Innovative Systems in regards to the company's accounting processes and the software financials.

Open PositionsÂ
Sales Consultant: Assist customer with vehicle selection, test drives, financing applications, and paperwork. This role involves clear communication, basic computer use, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area.
Automotive Service Technician: Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to quality and safety standards, including routine tune-ups and inspections. This role focuses on accurate repair work, clear estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
