To our ELO Clients and Friends,

We understand that businesses like ours along with the members of the communities we serve, must come together to help protect our friends and families, and do our part, to slow the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). In order to continue providing the highest quality of service to all our clients, and to protect you and our entire team through this pandemic, we will be enacting a temporary policy of NO Face-to-Face Social or Business interaction with our clients and friends until at least March 30th.

Because the coronavirus (COVID-19) is most commonly spread through respiratory droplets and human contact, we have CLOSED our offices to outside clients and visitors effective immediately. While this is a difficult situation, it is important to the partner team that we protect our staff from contracting the virus in an effort to continue serving you through the entire tax season.

To help with the collection of tax and business-related documents from our clients during this closure, we would ask you use our secure portal or scan/email non-sensitive documents to the appropriate ELO staff member. If you are unable to use an electronic method of submission, you may mail your tax or business documents to your servicing office or drop them off in the Document Dropbox located at the front door of each of our offices.

Once we have received your tax documents, we will contact you via phone or email with any questions or followup. If you normally have a face-to-face appointment to review, we will need to make other arrangements to conduct a phone or virtual conference using the mutual technology we possess. The final copy of your tax return will be delivered electronically or by mail. You may return any signature documents to us by mail, fax, or other secure electronic means (e-Signature or through our online portal system).

If you need immediate assistance or have questions concerning submitting or receiving documents, please do not hesitate to contact our administrative team, at your servicing office, by phone or email at any time. Please continue to watch your email or follow us on our various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter) for updates throughout this difficult situation.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and your business along with your assistance in keeping our clients, staff and families safe and healthy. Our core values and your support will guide us through this difficult time. If there is anything, we can do to assist you through this process, please do not hesitate to reach out to any one of us partners.
